Oh, The Treasures I Stumble Upon

Tonight is another late night doing homework, and that means listening to some classical music on my Pandora account. I was immediately taken by this song when it began to play–it was minimal, and had a quiet beauty to it. A quick search on YouTube brought me to this video, a visual art accompaniment by English artist Charles Stuart.  It fits the song perfectly, the abstracted views of the carnival rides allow the viewer to pick up on the beauty of their fluid motion, and the lights flow with the rhythm of the song. C’est magnifique!

Now off to listen to more Erik Satie!
